This obligation survives the termination of any agreement or these Terms of Service.

Each business engagement will be governed by a separate agreement that outlines:

• Pricing and payment schedule
• Responsibilities of each party
• Confidentiality provisions
• Termination conditions

Payment terms are specified in individual agreements. Unless otherwise stated, payments are to be made according to the schedule outlined in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the relevant agreement.

S&G PO LLC is committed to transparent terms of cooperation with all partners and clients. We provide clear documentation, regular reporting, and open communication throughout all business engagements. Any changes to agreed terms will be communicated in writing and require mutual consent.

S&G PO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a business agreement in accordance with its terms. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all applicable fees for services rendered remain due and payable.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or related services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Washington State in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
